An Alasdair Gray tile. This is one of the tiles that were made for the “Hillhead Mural” at Hillhead Subway Station. The mural was drawn by Alasdair Gray based on a drawing that previously existed in The Grosvenor Cafe, which was made by his friend and long time colleague, Nichol Wheatley.
This tile is one of three variants made for the finished mural.
