Oil on aluminium
Sometimes the moon just pops up. I was recovering from my hip operation and walking around the garden on a regular basis as part of my physio. Perhaps it was because I was so slow on the walking sticks as the moon was able to creep up on me. There was something lovely about turning round and seeing the full moon suddenly there amongst the trees. This study is an attempt to catch it.
